Overview

Field Service Engineer - HGV/Heavy Plant/Agricultural Machinery

Locations: Midlands, Essex and London (recruiting each area separately)

Up to £39,000 per annum

Permanent, Full Time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
  • Perform machine diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on all JCB product ranges including HGVs, heavy plant and agricultural machinery.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the service sector.
  • Present a professional image while offering tailored service solutions.
  • Liaise frequently with the manufacturer, ensuring World Class customer service.

Requirements
