Overview

Job title: Field Service Engineer / Assistive Technology / Domestic Healthcare

Field Service Engineer / Assistive Toileting, Bathing, Showering solutions

Location / Territory: Edinburgh (M8 Corridor). Occasional overnight stays to cover the North of Scotland. Territory coverage includes Edinburgh or along the M8 corridor; candidates near Falkirk, Paisley or Motherwell are also well placed to cover the territory.

Salary: Up to £32k basic salary DOE + (PRP) profit related pay + fully expensed vehicle + daily lunch allowance + excellent corporate benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service assistive toileting, bathing and showering facilities installed in domestic premises for elderly or disabled clients.
  • Install, commission and provide on-going maintenance for the company’s products.
  • Cover designated territory with occasional overnight stays to support the North of Scotland region.
  • Work in a customer-facing role with a focus on high-quality service, safety and compliance.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Direct industry experience with adaptive toilets, bathing and showers is useful but not strictly required if you are a competent Field Service Engineer / Field Maintenance Engineer with a sound knowledge of Plumbing or a Plumbing background.
  • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate with empathy in an emotive environment.
  • Clean, tidy appearance and an impeccable professional manner.
