Field Service Engineer – Coffee Machines

Location – Essex - Chelmsford, Southend-on-Sea, Braintree, Clacton-on-Sea, Colchester

Package - £32,000 - £34,000 DOE, Company Van, Pension, Company Sick Pay, Death in Service x6, Medicash, Perkbox. 28 Days holiday increasing 1 per year of service to 34days. 4 Bank Holidays.

Joining our client’s industry-leading field service team provides you with the best of both worlds, working independently while benefiting from an excellent support network.

The Role

As a part of the service team based in the field you will be responsibilities include carrying out planned and reactive service visits, diagnosing and fixing electrical and mechanical faults, ensuring equipment is fully operational, and providing technical support to clients. As this is a field-based role travel across the patch will be required daily. It will also be your responsibility to manage stock levels of parts to ensure that all jobs are completed, this is a great time to join a growing company.

The Person

The ideal candidate for this role would have a background in coffee machines, be that full automated or traditional espresso machines. But we would consider someone who has a background in electromechanically, be that white goods, hot taps, water coolers/dispensers, pressure washer and car washes. Also, candidates working with ATM machines and fruit/slot machines. You must have a full driving licence and be happy in a customer facing environment.
