About The Role

proAV is a leading global audio visual integrator, providing AV and event services across multiple client partnerships worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced AV Field Service Engineer to join our Field Engineering team. This role involves representing proAV, maintaining high levels of customer service through onsite attendance and remote technical support.

Due to the nature of our Support Services, the role is subject to strict SLAs and KPIs. You will develop and maintain excellent customer relations while providing first-class technical support for immediate fault resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring fault resolution meets client satisfaction and upholding the commercial impact of the account. Additionally, you will manage and update fault tickets promptly.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced AV Field Service Technician to join an established operation with opportunities to enhance our service. Compensation and benefits will reflect experience and seniority.

Key Responsibilities
  • Field service engineering as required
  • Onsite service engineering at client sites
  • Travel to client sites, including European travel if necessary
  • Site and event coordination and support
  • Preventative maintenance calls
  • Rotation across client sites
  • Site surveys
  • Small works installations with client handover
  • Work on rotational shifts as required
  • Administrative support for engineering tasks
