Field Sales Representative (AFH)

Location: Stratford Upon Avon

Contract Type: 6 Month Fixed Term Contract - Permanent

Salary: £29,033 base, up to £8,000 OTE

About Your Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and create new business opportunities.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Meet sales targets and report to the local Field Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Experience
  • UK driving licence or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60‑minute commute from the role location.
  • Experience in influencing and negotiating with customers, securing sales through commercial, fact‑based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies such as iPhone and iPad to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
  • Strong ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Enthusiastic, team‑player, active, hands‑on mindset; no experience required as full training will be provided.
  • Desire to grow business through digital engagement and technology‑enhanced customer relationships.
  • Speaking Hindi is desirable but not essential.
