Overview

Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) | Location: Kensington | Contract Type: Permanent | Salary: £30,616 per year with compelling benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships and creating new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Interact with customers who will typically include a mixture of independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes.
  • Promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.

  • You should work well with others, stay active and thrive in a hands-on role.
  • UK driving license or equivalent; eligibility to work in the UK; living within a 60 minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; experience driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement, using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills, ensuring efficiency and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
