Overview

Field Sales Representative (Away From Home) – Location: Kensington – Contract Type: Permanent – Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.

This full-time field sales role aims to deliver sales targets within an existing customer base, maintain ongoing relationships, and create new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.

Responsibilities
  • Report to a local Field Sales Manager and deliver sales targets within an existing customer base by maintaining ongoing relationships.
  • Create new business opportunities while becoming an expert in the soft drinks category.
  • Interact with customers that typically include independent convenience stores, licensed pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes; promote brands and solutions that align with business objectives.
What we’re looking for (Qualifications / Requirements)
  • UK driving licence or equivalent, eligibility to work in the UK, and living within a 60 minute commute from the role location.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills; capable of driving positive outcomes with customers and securing sales through commercial, fact-based conversations.
  • Experience with manual handling of products, point of sale and/or equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using digital technologies (e.g., iPhone and iPad) to support sales activities, communication, and reporting.
  • Ability to independently manage workload and schedule while meeting key targets.
  • Ability to grow business through digital engagement and using technology to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.
  • Excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
