Lightspeed Field Sales Manager – EMEA Hospitality

Lightspeed is seeking a motivated and collaborative Field Sales Manager to join our growing EMEA Hospitality team. Based in Manchester, Leeds, or Liverpool, you’ll play a key role in building strong relationships across your region, supporting hospitality businesses with Lightspeed solutions, and guiding them through their entire journey – from first conversations to long‑term partnerships.

What you’ll be doing
  • Hands‑on coaching to build a customer‑first sales experience while showcasing the Lightspeed platform to restaurateurs.
  • Coaching your team on efficient prospecting, walk‑ins, and live demos.
  • Spending time in the field to empower your team to generate interest through walk‑ins and customised outreach.
  • Utilising Salesforce to report on forecasting, analyse conversion rates, and track additional Account Executive metrics.
  • Driving new business targets for your team and expanding your territories by hiring and building your field sales team.
  • Partnering cross‑functionally with product, account managers, implementation, and other internal teams.
What you need to bring
  • Experience hiring, leading, and coaching a team of Field Account Executives.
  • Management of a full‑cycle sales team from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience using Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
