Qualifications

We are actively recruiting for a Field Supervisor to join the team in our Burton upon Trent.

At this present time, we are unable to consider Sponsorship for this role.

You will need to be a driver with your own transport (car, motorcycle, moped, E-Bike etc) – the work is not suited to non-drivers.

This is a full time role based on 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with out‑of‑hours on‑call phone work one weekend out of four.

About the role

As a Field Supervisor you will work out in the field to complete monitoring tasks such as reviews, spot checks, carer assessments as well as completing Risk Assessments, MAR charts and support plans. You will be the face of Radis working in the community ensuring people stay in the home they love. You will also be working with the NHS, Social services, GP's and other health professionals to ensure we meet the needs of the people we support.

Salary

All Supervisor Hours are to be paid at an enhanced hourly rate, any care completed would be paid at our care rate and you would also receive paid traveling time in between care visits as well as paid mileage. When completing on call you would also receive an On‑call Payment.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in Health & Social Care
  • The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care with a view to completing Level 3.
  • Ability to set and maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all areas of work.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with staff, people we support and outside agencies in a professional manner.
  • This role requires you to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
  • A driving licence with access to a vehicle will also be required for the role.
