Job Summary

Together We Care are looking for a for part time support worker who drives own car. The role includes taking the service user out in the public. (No Personal care).

Main Responsibilities

• Support the client with minimal personal care needs, including assisting her to change her pad before outings.
• Accompany the client on trips into the community, using public transport safely and confidently.
• Encourage social interaction and participation in community activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Provide friendly, reliable support at home and during outings, ensuring the client feels safe and respected.

Essential Skills

Must have a Full UK Driving Licence and own Car with Business Insurance.
