This role is perfect for kind and patient individuals who are eager to help, regardless of prior experience in care. Benefits include favourable working hours, paid DBS, and ongoing support. You will assist individuals with personal care, cooking, and building independence through companionship and engagement in community activities. A rewarding experience awaits those ready to join.

This role is for anyone who wants to make a real difference, whatever your age, background, or gender (unless the role is gender specific).
You don't need to have worked in care before if you're kind, patient, and willing to learn; we’ll support you every step of the way.
It could suit someone who's helped others in customer service, childcare, hospitality, teaching, or volunteering, or someone simply looking for a more meaningful job.
If you're the type of person who enjoys listening, lending a hand, and helping others live life to the fullest, you'll fit right in here.
NB: THIS ROLE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR SKILLED WORKER VISA SPONSORSHIP UNDER CURRENT UK HOME OFFICE RULES, AS IT DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIRED SALARY OR SKILL LEVEL CRITERIA.
We encourage applications to other roles; candidates who already have a valid right to work in the UK through other immigration routes or permissions must meet the minimum eligibility of having at least two years remaining on your current visa.
