We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Workers to join our nurse-led team at Cera to provide care to our clients in and around the Wirral (CH41) area.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Complex Care Workers to join our dynamic complex care team.

This role is ideal for compassionate professionals with experience working with nurse‑led clients.

You'll be providing care and support to a range of clients.

Shifts
  • A mixture of shifts are available for full or part time hours
  • Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - 08:30-10:30 and 12:30-14:30 and 19:30-20:30
  • Wednesday & Friday - 08:30-13:00 and 15:30-16:30 and 19:30-20:30
  • Saturday & Sunday - 08:30-10:30 and 12:30-13:30 and 19:30-20:30. We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.
