Qualifications

• Proven background handling personal injury claims including litigation and MOJ Portal.
• Strong technical knowledge of Fast Track procedures and OIC understanding.
• Experience supervising or leading teams, supported by coaching skills.
• Proficient in MI and reporting, with advanced Microsoft skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team through one-to-ones and performance meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and case progression to achieve financial targets.
• Oversee telephony performance and maintain service standards.
• Provide technical guidance on personal injury matters.
