Family Time Worker

Are you a passionate Family Time Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Family Time Worker to work in a service based in Bolton.

Pay Rates : - £16.43 - £20.83 Umbrella Rate

Information the Role : Successful candidates will be offered 37.5 hours per week.

What you will be doing
  • To contribute to risk assessments and protecting children and young people from danger, harm, and abuse
  • To plan and record interventions effectively, to support and contribute to the overall assessment held by referring social care teams
  • To deliver quality interventions within the Framework for Action parenting capacity guidance
  • To offer support and evidence-based intervention around child development using EYFS (Early Years Framework Strategy) guidance and behaviour management strategies
  • To work in partnership with families on protection plans in their own home, where appropriate
  • To communicate and work with a range of professionals and agencies ensuring a seamless service for children and families, managing, and providing information to support effective decision-making
  • To work alongside social workers contributing to assessments and care plans
  • To escort children and families as appropriate
