The Role
  • Work directly with children, young people, and their families in their homes and community settings.
  • Provide practical and emotional support tailored to individual family needs.
  • Assist with parenting programmes, early help plans, and targeted interventions.
  • Support families to access education, health, and social care services.
  • Promote safeguarding, ensuring the welfare of children is at the centre of all work.
  • Keep accurate case records, contribute to assessments, and attend multi-agency meetings.
About You
  • Experience supporting children, young people, and families in a statutory or voluntary setting.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection frameworks.
