Are you a legal professional with solid experience in family law looking for your next role? A respected and expanding law firm in St Helens is looking for a Family Law Solicitor or Senior Paralegal to join their supportive and collaborative team.

Location: St Helens

Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Work Arrangement: Office-based with hybrid flexibility post-probation

Responsibilities
  • Manage cases involving divorce, separation, and financial settlements
  • Handle child arrangements and parental disputes
  • Advise on TOLATA matters
  • Draft legal documents and client correspondence
  • Represent clients in court when required
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and high-quality legal advice
Qualifications
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Senior Paralegal
  • Proven experience in family law
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Word)
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., Proclaim) is a plus
  • Proactive, client-focused approach
