Family Law Partner - Poole

Chadwick Nott are instructed on a new and standout opportunity for a highly experienced Family Solicitor to join a respected multi office practice as a Partner within its established Poole team. You will lead on a high value caseload of private family matters, with particular emphasis on complex matrimonial finance and sophisticated general matrimonial work. Alongside running your own files, you will oversee and mentor a small team of lawyers and support staff, helping to drive the continued growth of the Family practice. The role is primarily office based to support team leadership, with flexibility to work from home one day per week. Some local travel will be required for client meetings, court hearings and visits to nearby offices.

  • High value matrimonial finance and complex general matrimonial matters
  • Regular advocacy and court attendance
  • Supervision and development of junior lawyers and support staff
  • Client relationship management and business development activity
  • Supporting the strategic direction and profile of the Poole Family team
