Factory Operative

Location: Rochester (must drive due to location and start time)

Salary: GBP 30,000

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM, and Friday, 7:30 AM (Early finish every Friday!)

Our client is seeking Factory Operatives to join their team. The role involves working in a hot factory environment with a variety of tasks, including manual handling. Paid breaks are provided to accommodate the hot conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Manual handling and heavy lifting
• Moving materials within the factory
• General factory duties
• Cleaning products using hand and power tools
• Logging and marking off jobs using a smart tablet
• Other duties as required

Candidate requirements:

• Own transportation due to location and start time
• Previous factory experience
• Physically fit for heavy lifting and manual handling
• Comfortable working in a hot environment
