Facilities Manager

£65,000

Facilities Manager needed for a group of private dental practices, providing high-quality treatments across several London locations. The dental clinics offer a full range of services including general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, orthodontics and implants.

They are now seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee the smooth running of premises across Central London, including Oxford Street, Bank and Kensington.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day building maintenance and services across multiple practices
  • Coordinating contractors and ensuring works are carried out to a high standard
  • Overseeing upkeep so that practices run smoothly day-to-day
  • Supporting practice managers with facilities, supplies and on-site needs
  • Travelling regularly between sites to remain hands-on and proactive

Candidate Requirements:

  • Background in facilities or maintenance management, ideally across more than one site
  • Practical and solutions-focused, confident handling day-to-day issues and repairs
  • Reliable and organised, able to stay on top of multiple sites and tasks
  • Comfortable working both hands-on and in a supervisory capacity
