Job summary

You will be involved in carrying out maintenance works across our buildings and grounds, involving a large variety of work from opening and closing corporate buildings, fire alarm testing, painting and decorating to insurance asset inspection's.

This post is based on shift patterns which rotate within the team. Shifts are 06:30 - 14:30, 12:30 - 20:30 and 08:00 - 16:00. You will need to have a basic knowledge and understanding of health and safety and manual handling, a good mannerism for problem solving and be flexible with working hours and work well as a team or an individual.

As this post meets the requirements of the Immigration Act 2016 (part 7), the ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Knowledge

Experience & Qualifications

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent relevant experience.
