The Facilities & Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Liverpool office, combining both front-of-house and facilities coordination responsibilities. This part-time role provides essential support across building operations, health and safety compliance, and workplace services, while also managing reception duties such as greeting visitors and handling calls.
This role offers a varied and hands‑on opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of both the front-of-house experience and the efficient running of office operations. It's ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a small, collaborative team and takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming workplace.
Part‑time: Approximately 30 hours per week, 9 AM - 3 PM Monday - Friday (exact schedule to be agreed).
