Qualifications

  • Experience in Facilities Management or Building Services Maintenance.
  • Strong background in Commercial / Procurement / Contract administration.
  • Knowledge of JCT, NEC3, NEC4 contracts.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of FM financial drivers.
  • Strong analytical and report-writing skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Experience supporting large maintenance service and project contracts.

We are seeking a Facilities Commercial Coordinator to join an established Facilities Management & Building Services team. This role is central to providing contractual and commercial support, ensuring strong governance, risk management, and tender/bid documentation within FM operations.

The Role
