Overview

We are looking for an experienced Fabrications Manager for an established engineering company in Telford.

The company produces fabrications from start to finish, including design, manufacture, finishing and delivery/export.

The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of fabrication processes, an ability to deal with people at all levels and be an experienced manager, possibly with hands on knowledge of fabrication processes.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of workforce and processes to ensure that quality fabrications are delivered on time
• Liaison with Head of Sales regarding capacity and progress of orders
• Once in place, the company has several targets that they would like the Fabrications Manager to meet going forward, which should be achievable by the ideal candidate
