£36,000 - £38,000 basic + overtime (OTE up to £45,000) + Benefits

Responsibilities

• Carrying out general estate maintenance and repairs
• Carpentry, decorating, and finishing tasks to a high standard}
• Assisting with ad-hoc repair and property upkeep duties
• Ensuring excellent customer service to residents and management

What we're looking for

• A recognised qualification in Carpentry or Decorating (or equivalent)
• Previous experience as a Fabric Technician, Handyman, or in property maintenance
• Strong all-round repair and maintenance skills
