Export Coordinator – Birmingham. Monday - Friday, 08:30 to 16:30. £32,000 Per Annum. Permanent.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional with a passion for logistics and customer service? Our client is seeking a dynamic Export Coordinator to join their Customer Services team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth and compliant export operations while providing stellar support to customers.

As an Export Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing customs release and compliance, preparing essential export documentation, and ensuring adherence to government regulations. Your expertise will help coordinate transportation, negotiate rates, and maintain inventory control, all while working closely with various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to customers regarding export-related inquiries.
  • Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices and customs declarations.
  • Apply for necessary documentation, such as bills of lading and health certificates.
  • Coordinate logistics for export shipments, arranging timely transportation.
  • Obtain quotes from couriers and freight forwarders for Air/Sea/Road shipments, and manage bookings.
  • Handle incoming emails and calls promptly and professionally.
  • Uphold the organisation's Core Values and strive to exceed Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) commitments.
