A local authority in England is seeking an experienced Full-Time Social Worker to cover community mental health teams in Rochdale. The role involves conducting assessments and working with clinical staff within partnership agreements. Candidates must have at least two years of post-qualifying experience and be registered with Social Work England. Continuous professional development and supervision opportunities are provided.
Several opportunities exist to join Rochdale Borough Council as an experienced full time Social Worker based within the community mental health teams (CMHT) covering Rochdale. Applications are welcome from Social Workers with at least two years post-qualifying experience. Unfortunately we cannot accept ASYE's for this position.
This role is focused on Adult Social Care priorities and functions such as: care act assessments, commissioning services, completing mental capacity assessments and undertaking safeguarding enquiries as required, whilst based and working in conjunction with, CMHT clinical staff as part of partnership arrangements with Pennine Care NHS Trust.
