A healthcare provider in the City of London seeks an experienced Administrator to join their administration team. The role requires previous GP practice experience, IT skills, and knowledge of QOF. We are an NHS GP Practice with three sister practices (Grays Inn Medical Group Chancery Lane, Grays Inn Medical Group Vauxhall, Grays Inn Medical Group Hampsteadand Grays Inn Medical Group west Hampstead).
We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and hard working individual to join our practice to be part of our administration team.
You must have experience working in a GP practice, have IT skills, QOF knowledge, be able to work under pressure and complete tasks efficiently.
You will be responsible for QOF and running searches, asked to summarise (code) clinical letters on EMIS web, manage the document workflow (sending necessary letters to doctors), summarising paper medical notes for new patients and deducting patients that leave the practice.
You will receive in-depth training on all the aspects of your role.
