Overview

Specialist learning environments including sensory rooms, therapy spaces, and interactive classrooms. Collaborative, multidisciplinary team - Work alongside therapists, SENCOs, and support staff. Small class sizes to ensure personalised learning and tailored interventions.

Your Role
  • Deliver engaging, individualised lessons to small groups of students with complex needs
  • Implement EHCPs and monitor progress closely
  • Use adaptive teaching strategies to meet a diverse range of learning needs
  • Encourage social and emotional development through structured support and interventions
  • Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and professionals to create the best outcomes for students
Requirements
  • QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification) with SEN experience
  • A positive, patient, and resilient attitude
  • Experience with ASD, ADHD, or PMLD
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff
  • Knowledge of alternative communication methods (e.g., Makaton, PECS) is a plus
