Responsibilities

  • Record and maintain daily project-related accounting transactions accurately.
  • Assist in preparing project bills, vouchers, expense statements and payment documents.
  • Support project billing activities, reconciliation and vendor payment processing.
  • Coordinate with procurement, stores and site teams to collect and verify supporting documents.
  • Assist in monitoring project expenses and maintaining basic cost records.
  • Prepare periodic project-related reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax and statutory requirements related to project transactions.
  • Support audit and internal review processes with proper documentation.
