Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with end‑user support and troubleshooting for issues including PC, mobility, wireless, and audio visual conference room telepresence and physical connectivity.
  • Provide support for 90% Windows OS and 10% Mac, MS Office, and Client Core Image applications.
  • Perform PC builds and transfer for new deployments.
  • Assist with hardware repair break / fix support for warranty and out of warranty costs as approved by Client.
  • Provide hands and eyes assistance for other Client IT resolver groups as directed by Client.
  • Assist with the analysis and resolution of hardware and software issues.
  • Provide mobile cell phone support (e.g., downloading of Client provided applications and basic troubleshooting).
  • Minor cabling such as patch cables and cable management, where minor cabling excludes cabling work behind the wall, under the floor or above the ceiling where a ladder or lift is required.
  • PC Lifecycle, software support, audio visual, and GCOM/Teams.
  • Printer support to assist with printer troubleshooting and resolution of such basic issues as directed by Client that are not otherwise provided by a Client contractor for managed print services (examples include: Paper jams, Toner replacement, Basic configuration issues).
  • Address incidents related to Client applications, Collaboration Tools, mobility, wireless, Teams, conference room, physical connectivity, Windows OS, MS Office, Client core image applications, and MS Intune.
  • Able to work successfully with Level II Team during downtimes.
  • Experience creating, documenting, closing out VIP Tickets.
  • VERY High Touch position with “Shoulder Taps” from VIP and putting intickets for the users.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 to 3+ years of experience supporting PC Hardware and software in enterprise environments.
  • Comfortability providing hands and feet support for Server and Network.
  • Experience maintaining, analyzing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Strong expertise in documenting, maintaining, upgrading, or replacing hardware and software systems.
  • Experience supporting and maintaining user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
  • Behave in a professional and businesslike manner and communicate effectively with customers and associates.
  • Interact professionally with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information.
  • Will attend and support conference meetings when necessary.
  • Provide white glove support when requested during conference and extremely high touch.
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, and be able to adhere to client dress policy.
  • Sense of urgency and able to work with strong personalities.

Wage Range: The rate for this position is between $28.33 - $44.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
