We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our busy, entrepreneurial CEO during a 12-month maternity cover period. This role offers the opportunity to act as the CEO’s true right hand, managing a complex diary and travel schedule while ensuring seamless business and personal support. The CEO travels frequently and relies heavily on their EA for both strategic and operational assistance.
We’re looking for someone upbeat and proactive who thinks outside the box and someone who can handle pressure in a fast paced creative office. A boutique setting its all hands‑on deck to help set up Wednesday Breakfast Meetings, Friday drinks and keep the social/cultural vibes going.
