We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in calendar management, including booking meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and arranging rooms and catering. You will coordinate complex travel arrangements, such as flights, hotels, transportation, and visas, ensuring all details are managed efficiently. Additionally, you will handle processing purchase orders and invoices through Coupa, and manage monthly expense claims via Concur to meet strict deadlines. The role also involves producing and coordinating meeting documents, including printing, binding, and scanning, along with providing general administrative support such as organising large-scale events for the department and team. You will also provide ad hoc support to other Executive Assistants as required.
