Job Description

Our client is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to an executive management team and play a key role in fostering employee engagement. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is a unique opportunity to become an integral part of a growing organization, working closely with our CEO, CFO, COO, and CCO. You'll be instrumental in managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and leading exciting employee events, contributing directly to a positive and collaborative company culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary executive support to the CEO and other executive management team members
  • Manage extensive travel booking and flight planning for executives
  • Oversee calendar management for the CEO, COO, and CCO
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Committee, including planning and executing employee events, community involvement initiatives, and volunteer work
  • Coordinate and plan general company events
  • Develop and create professional PowerPoint presentations for quarterly town halls
  • Handle personal expenses

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite executives
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability to manage last-minute changes and diverse executive needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Outlook (scheduling) and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with SAP is an asset
  • Ability to work on-site, Tuesday to Thursday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM (part-time)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including to other company sites
