Job Overview
We are looking to appoint a highly organised and IT savvy Executive Assistant with a passion for sports and retail, who also brings hands-on digital marketing skills. This unique role blends executive support for the owner a HNWI with marketing execution, perfect for a self-starter ready to grow an exciting new brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive executive support to the owner managing calendars, travel, communications, and confidential matters.
- Coordinate and assist with daily operations, event/planning logistics, and vendor management.
- Support digital marketing efforts: content creation, campaign tracking, and social media scheduling across platforms.
- Draft email newsletters, social media updates, and blog content targeting sports/fashion audiences.
- Assist with influencer collaborations, athlete partnerships, and customer engagement programs.
- Conduct market research, gather competitive intelligence, and analyze digital metrics (Google Analytics, social insights).
- Manage website and ecommerce updates (CMS), product launches, and promotions.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, campaign results, and online reputation.
- Prepare presentations and help organize pop-up events or sponsorship opportunities.
- Actively contribute ideas to boost brand awareness, audience growth, and digital sales.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in executive support and/or digital marketing (retail sector a plus).
- Proficient in social media platforms, digital analytics, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.
- Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
- Expert multitasker with strong project management abilities.
- Energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up setting.
- Passion for sports, fashion, and digital culture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience running digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
- Event coordination and influencer outreach.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
