Overview

Executive Assistant to Design Principal - Architecture | West End | Fully office-based (with one half-day Friday per month) | £48,000-£50,000 + Excellent Benefits and Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex diary management across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating international travel, visas, and itineraries.
  • Acting as a key liaison point between the Principal, clients, and internal teams.
  • Working collaboratively with a team of EAs to ensure shifting priorities are managed smoothly.
  • Supporting project teams and contributing to office life by organising events and initiatives (such as sports, social, or cultural activities) in line with your own interests.
  • Managing expenses and overseeing travel arrangements via an external agent.
  • Building strong client-facing relationships, ensuring professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication at all times.
About You

This role would suit an experienced PA/EA from a fast-paced, client-facing environment, who thrives on being a trusted, solutions-focused support. It could also be an excellent next step for a strong PA ready to transition into a broader Executive Assistant role.

You'll be confident, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs and keep one step ahead. A genuine interest in architecture, design, or the creative industries would be a plus, as would alignment with the firm's values around female empowerment and ethical practice.
