Artis Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading organisation to recruit an Executive Assistant on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a people-first, fast-moving business where your organisational skills and proactive approach will help keep everything running smoothly. The role offers hybrid working, with 2-3 days a week based in the Bristol office.

We’re looking for someone who is available to start quickly and can step straight into a varied, hands-on role.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing office management – from supplies and facilities to supporting on-site teams
  • Diary and inbox management for senior leaders, keeping priorities on track
  • Acting as the first point of contact for staff and visitors
  • Providing general admin support across the business, including ad hoc projects
