Our client is well-respected and established with a lovely working culture and ethos – seeking an Executive Assistant for a 6-month contract supporting a Managing Director and a high-performing team in a fast-paced, investment-focused environment. You will be at the centre of the action, connecting people, managing details, and keeping things moving.

What you will be doing:

  • Be the go-to support for a Managing Director, manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and team offsites
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, track action items, and follow up like a pro
  • Create, edit, and polish presentations, reports, and documents
  • Manage data, contacts, budgets, and contracts with precision
  • Work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Spot better ways of working and lead process improvements
  • Support on projects and large events when needed

What you bring:

  • Experience in a senior administrative or executive assistant role (ideally in a professional or financial environment)
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams )
  • Strong writing, editing, and minute-taking skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and a calm head under pressure
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholders
  • Please note this role is office based 4 days per week
