Type: Full-time- Hybrid 3 days in the office

Are you a highly organised, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment?
We are seeking an exceptional EA to join our Search Management team — a pivotal role supporting Partners and working closely with senior clients and candidates at Board and CEO level.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of the search process — combining first-class organisational skills with confident client management.

  • Full diary and inbox ownership for Partners — anticipating needs, prioritising clients, and managing time intuitively
  • End-to-end Search Management — scheduling interviews, liaising with senior stakeholders, and ensuring every detail is captured accurately
  • Acting as a trusted liaison between clients, candidates, and internal teams
  • Managing business development activity, tracking meetings, and maintaining CRM systems
  • Supporting marketing initiatives and event coordination, ensuring every interaction enhances the brand experience
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in Search Management or Executive Search (Board/CEO level support is a plus)
  • Exceptionally strong in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) and familiar with CRM systems such as FileFinder
  • A confident communicator with impeccable written and verbal skills
  • Organised, forward-thinking, and able to manage multiple projects with calm efficiency
  • A true relationship builder — professional, empathetic, and client-focused
  • Comfortable taking initiative, influencing outcomes, and improving processes
  • Passionate, driven, and enthusiastic, ready to contribute to the success of the team
Our Values & Culture

The team works to three core criteria: Excellence, Courage, and Empathy, reflected in their bonus and compensation model.

They operate around four key pillars: Clients, Colleagues, Candidates, and Community, ensuring every stakeholder is supported and valued.

They are deeply committed to making a positive impact beyond the business. For over seven years, the firm has partnered with a social mobility charity having raised more than £250,000. It’s a culture that truly believes in purpose.

Internally, there’s a strong sense of friendship and camaraderie, and the successful candidate will be welcomed into a close-knit team, forming strong bonds and collaborating across projects.

Benefits & Working Arrangements
  • Holidays: 25 days per year, increasing by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 28 days
  • Private health insurance, dental insurance, income protection, and life insurance
  • Employer pension contribution: 5%
  • Working hours: Typically 9:00am – 5:30pm, but flexible depending on workload
  • Office presence: Expected in the office 3 days per week
  • Bonus – generous and based in company and personal performance
  • Paying £45K basic (with full comp package £50-£55k)
