The Opportunity

This is a fantastic role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident supporting multiple senior professionals. As an Executive Assistant, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the team—offering comprehensive administrative and organisational support, managing multiple diaries, and assisting with business development activities.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and support multiple lawyers, delegating tasks as needed through available support services
  • Coordinate complex travel and meeting arrangements (including overseas travel where necessary)
  • Organise internal and external meetings, taking minutes and ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
  • Assist in the planning and delivery of team events and business development initiatives
  • Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders professionally and confidently
  • Maintain and update business development calendars and attendee reports
About You
  • To succeed in this role, you'll likely bring experience from a professional services environment—ideally supporting legal or similar professionals.
  • You are highly organised, detail-oriented and an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
