We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Milton Keynes, seeking a proactive teacher to provide part‑time cover for staff absence and longer‑term cover needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled teacher who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys variety in their working week.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high‑quality lessons across the Primary curriculum as required.


• Step into classrooms with confidence, maintaining a calm, structured, and productive environment.


• Build positive relationships with children and staff to ensure consistency and support across year groups.


• Adapt to different class dynamics and use effective behaviour‑management strategies.


• Use technology confidently to support and enhance teaching and learning.


• Support learners with SEND in the classroom, adapting strategies to meet their individual needs.

Key Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK (essential).


• Recent, proven experience teaching in UK primary schools (TA roles or overseas‑only teaching experience are not suitable).


• Strong classroom and behaviour‑management skills.


• Confident, proactive, and adaptable – ready to take the lead on short notice.


• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital platforms in teaching.


• Ideally, experience supporting children with SEND within the classroom.
