A fast-growing investment firm in Greater London is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support partners. This office-based role requires a polished individual with at least 7 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, alongside strong Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. The successful candidate will manage diaries, arrange travel, and be the first contact point for high-net-worth clients. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a significant impact from day one.
We’re working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial investment firm focused on operational real estate, social infrastructure, and healthcare. Founded a couple of years ago by highly experienced partners, the business has grown quickly into a lean, high‑calibre team.
They are now looking to bring on a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the partners and sit at the heart of the business. This is a varied, hands‑on EA role combining high‑level executive support with elements of office management and some light private PA responsibilities.
The role is very people‑facing, so they’re looking for someone polished, personable, and confident dealing with UHNW and VIP clients, while also being extremely organised and comfortable getting stuck in behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate will be calm and discreet under pressure, proactive and solutions‑focused, happy taking ownership, and able to bring structure and charisma to the office.
This is a fully office‑based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with some flexibility required outside of these hours. The team is currently based in the heart of Mayfair and will be moving into a beautiful new office close by this summer.
