Job description

We’re working with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial investment firm focused on operational real estate, social infrastructure, and healthcare. Founded a couple of years ago by highly experienced partners, the business has grown quickly into a lean, high‑calibre team.

They are now looking to bring on a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the partners and sit at the heart of the business. This is a varied, hands‑on EA role combining high‑level executive support with elements of office management and some light private PA responsibilities.

The role is very people‑facing, so they’re looking for someone polished, personable, and confident dealing with UHNW and VIP clients, while also being extremely organised and comfortable getting stuck in behind the scenes.

The ideal candidate will be calm and discreet under pressure, proactive and solutions‑focused, happy taking ownership, and able to bring structure and charisma to the office.

This is a fully office‑based role, working Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with some flexibility required outside of these hours. The team is currently based in the heart of Mayfair and will be moving into a beautiful new office close by this summer.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EA to step into a newly created role, bring structure, and make a meaningful impact within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team from day one.

DUTIES INCLUDE
  • Providing full EA support to up to four Partners, including complex diary management, scheduling, inbox support, and meeting coordination
  • Arranging international and domestic travel, itineraries, expenses, and invoices
  • Acting as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for UHNW clients and visitors
  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading polished documents and short presentations (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Supporting office management tasks such as supplier coordination, inventory management, facilities, and the upcoming office move
  • Assisting with onboarding and general operational support as the team continues to grow
  • Providing light Private PA support to partners, including concierge‑style requests and bookings
  • Using modern productivity tools and AI where helpful to improve efficiency
  • Supporting ad hoc projects, client hosting, and occasional events or off‑sites
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as an EA/PA, within private equity, finance, investment, or a similarly fast‑paced environment
  • Very strong Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with confidence producing polished documents
  • Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and UHNW clients with discretion and professionalism
  • Highly organised, detail‑focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial team
  • Happy working full‑time from the office with flexibility when required
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong, verifiable references
