Opus Agency is a future‑forward, full‑service global events agency comprising more than 400 professionals across the United States, London, Sydney, Singapore, and New Zealand. Our distinguished portfolio encompasses world‑shaping brands such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and many others. Looking towards 2026 and beyond, we are presented with a profound opportunity: to shape the future of events within an increasingly AI‑infused world. In an age where digital interactions frequently prevail, the authenticity of in‑person connection shall assume paramount importance. Events will rise to become the foremost priority for Chief Marketing Officers, driving brand success and cultivating deep, enduring relationships with audiences.
Our Event Technology & Registration team occupies a vital position within this vision, partnering with leading global enterprises such as Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce, in addition to an ever‑expanding roster of category creators and fast‑growing brands. This appointment carries responsibility for the project management of event registration and digital platforms, including collaboration with clients and stakeholders to devise effective event experiences‑spanning registration tool development, digital platforms, and attendee‑facing technology suites‑together with the oversight of vendors and the active management of attendee registration.
The role encompasses the stewardship of the digital experience of events in their entirety, at times independently and at others in leadership of, or in partnership with, a team. The incumbent shall lead and supervise Opus staff engaged in event support functions, ensuring that planning schedules are observed, budgets are upheld, Opus processes are duly implemented, and client expectations are both anticipated and surpassed.
