Estimator - Otley - £40,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Do you have experience producing accurate estimates from drawings and Bills of Quantity? Are you commercially astute with excellent Excel and IT skills? Can you communicate confidently with suppliers and colleagues at all levels? Do you bring a keen eye for detail and accuracy in everything you do? What you NEED
  • Proven experience as an Estimator within construction, manufacturing, or related industries; estimator experience is more important than sector-specific knowledge
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and Bills of Quantity
  • Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel capability
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Commercial awareness with a detail-driven approach
