Estimator - Otley - £40,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Do you have experience producing accurate estimates from drawings and Bills of Quantity? Are you commercially astute with excellent Excel and IT skills? What you NEED

• Proven experience as an Estimator within construction, manufacturing, or related industries; estimator experience is more important than sector-specific knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and Bills of Quantity
• Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel capability
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with a detail-driven approach
