Overview

My client is seeking an Estimator to play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative, and commercially successful projects. Working closely with the Managing Director and operations team, you\'ll help ensure every project runs smoothly, on budget, and to the highest standards—all within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process across a diverse range of construction projects.
• Prepare and review detailed cost estimates.
• Liaise with trade partners, suppliers, and the project team.
• Produce accurate estimates and purchase orders.
• Manage vendor bid pricing and carry out cost analysis.
• Review drawings and specifications to fully understand project scope.
• Build and maintain strong supplier and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure estimates, budgets, and programmes are delivered on time.

What We\'re Looking For

We\'re seeking someone with a strong background in construction estimating or quantity surveying, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.

• Proven experience in estimating or quantity surveying.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Confidence in managing budgets and meeting deadlines.
