Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the PFI Expiry Project Team and liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Deliver monthly formal reports to the Programme Board
• Hold a PFI leadership and oversight role as an estates specialist advising the Trust on PFI expiry contract delivery and compliance at QEH and the Riverside PFI project at Lewisham University Hospital
• Contribute to options appraisal concerning future investment and estates service delivery models for QEH post-PFI expiry
• Support the Head of Contracts & Performance PFI with contract monitoring for the PFI Expiry programme
• Lead or contribute to transition activities and ensure smooth exit from the PFI contract
