A community housing organization in King's Lynn is seeking an Estates Operative Cleaner to ensure cleanliness across its properties. This role includes health and safety checks, reporting incidents, and engaging with tenants. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 GCSEs, a driving license, and a commitment to quality service.
Are you ready to take on an exciting role within our Place Shaping Team? As an Estates Operative Cleaner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive, efficient, and proactive cleaning service across Freebridge Community Housing estates throughout the borough. Your role will include conducting health and safety checks, collaborating with tenancy colleagues to contribute information on tenancy breaches, and assisting in combating anti-social behaviour (ASB). Our Freebridge Community Housing goal is to provide affordable, safe, and quality homes for current and future generations, for those who need a place to call home. Freebridge was set up in 2006, to receive the transfer of the Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk’s housing stock.
