A local government authority in Long Eaton is seeking an experienced Estates and Asset Manager to lead and inspire a skilled team. The role involves overseeing property asset management, enhancing community benefits, and working towards strategic asset management. Candidates should be chartered RICS members with strategic management experience. This position offers a salary between £49,282 to £53,460 with hybrid working options.

Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Long Eaton Town Hall, Derby Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire, NG10 1HU
Hybrid working is available – there is an expectation to attend the office 2-3 times a week
