Salary: Grade I – £49,282 to £53,460 per year + £5,000 welcome payment*
Hours: 37 hours per week
Location: Long Eaton Town Hall, Derby Road, Long Eaton, Derbyshire, NG10 1HU
Hybrid working is available – there is an expectation to attend the office 2-3 times a week

What You Will Do
  • Lead and inspire a skilled estates team delivering efficient, high‑quality property services.
  • Shape the future by delivering the new Property Asset Management Plan and supporting strategic transformation.
  • Handle acquisitions, disposals, leases, and valuations to maximise community benefit.
  • Advise senior leaders and partners on estate planning and regeneration at a strategic level.
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and smarter working across the public estate.
About You
  • Chartered Member of RICS with a degree/diploma in Estate Management.
  • Proven experience in strategic asset and estate management.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and passion for public value.
