The role involves managing complex employee issues, advising managers, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law. Ideal candidates will have proven ER experience and excellent communication skills. This hybrid position is based in central London and offers a competitive day rate of £350, suitable for a duration of approximately 3 months starting in January.
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert, end-to-end ER support across the business.
