Accountabilities

As an Enterprise Strategy Partner, you will take on a leadership role in identifying, leading, and implementing strategies that drive sales opportunities and secure contracts with major pharmaceutical companies. Your primary focus will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities while developing consultative critical initiatives that position Evinova as a trusted partner in digital clinical solutions employing both SaaS and service delivery models. This role demands an entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to proactively create sales strategies and business plans that address market gaps and deliver transformational value through innovative Evinova offerings.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • 10‑15 years in management consulting or healthcare consulting, with a strong focus on commercially focused strategies that drive new business. Proven track record of delivering results in a client‑facing role.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales and revenue growth and expansion, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience managing P&L responsibilities for each assigned account, including pricing strategy and margin optimization.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing strategic business plans that align with organizational goals and drive market growth.
  • In‑depth knowledge of digital health technologies, including Enterprise SaaS platforms, ePRO/eCOA, remote monitoring solutions, and patient engagement platforms, and experience evaluating and implementing these solutions in clinical settings.
  • Strong capability in financial modeling, including benefits quantification and post‑implementation value tracking.
  • Familiarity with ICH‑GCP, GxP, and other regulatory guidelines applicable to digital health solutions.
  • Exceptional partner management and executive communication skills, with a proven ability to influence senior collaborators and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in life sciences, engineering, data science, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, PharmD, MBA) preferred.
