As Director of Product Management for Enterprise at monday.com, you'll lead one of our most strategic initiatives – scaling monday.com's value for large organizations globally. This role is an opportunity to shape how thousands of enterprise businesses operate by delivering enterprise-grade solutions that meet complex needs across governance, scale, and compliance.

You will own and evolve our enterprise strategy across the product portfolio, partnering with senior leaders in product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing. You will build and lead a world-class team of product managers to ensure monday.com not only meets enterprise customers where they are - but anticipates where they're going.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the enterprise product strategy and roadmap to meet customer needs in administration, data governance, and compliance, while understanding key buyer and user personas.
• Drive cross-functional alignment among product, engineering, sales, customer success, and support to influence company-wide planning and ensure scalable processes for account sponsorship, escalations, and risk mitigation.
• Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and impact.
• Lead with data and insight, incorporating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and usage patterns to drive decisions.
